Upload them somewhere, like Tinypic or Photobucket, and insert the image URL. You could also upload the image to your gallery and include that image URL if you don't need the picture right away.

That's what I do now, but it's a total PITA, and some things I just don't want to have hosted on the internet. Hence the reason I asked the question in the first place.  |
