I'm looking at black bullit wheels for my 1993 GT, i would like to put 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the back. Someone mentioned to me that the new 2005 bullit wheels have better backspaceing for the FOX style than the 94-04 rims, they said i shoud buy the 05 18x10's and the 94 18x9's. Any ideas???

P.S. i know i need a convertion kit to go from 4 to 5 lug

if you get the perfect ofset u can go 18x9 all around without modding ur quadshocks or any other part of suspension even if you car is lowered about 3 inches

18x10's is REALLY pushing it for the rears. You can't fit much more than a 275 (perfect on a 9" rim) under the rear of a Fox without having to mess with other things. I would stick with 18x9's all the way around.

also with your 93 fenders being a bit larger than pre 91 you may have a bit better clearance if u lower the car signifigantly

18's are a chore if you have the car lowered at all, and 10's on the back are pushing it.  Most guys run 17x9's and without the proper offset will still rub.

275's will be fine in the front. Just make sure you get the proper backspacing or you'll rub the inner fenders like a mofo.

255 might be a little better for clearance issues up front

My friend runs 275's on his 18" Steeda Ultralite rims in the front on his '94 GT. It doesn't ride or turn like crap. It feels just like a regular tire to me.

Put a wooden baseball bat between the rear of the wheel opening and the tire. Have two friends push down and forward on the back of the car. As the car moves, roll the baseball bat forward in the fender. This will roll the fender lip up. The paint may crack on the lip, but you can hardly see it. Since your car is black, it's an easy paint fix as well. Krylon will do the trick. It sounds more difficult than it actually is. Any more questions feel free to ask.

You can use a rubber mallet as well, with the tire off obviously. Whack away until it looks good enough.

I'm serious dude. This is how you do it. Either this, or buy the $400 fender roller kit from Eastwood. I'll take my baseball bat over that any day.
