I have been looking at new wheels for my 67 coupe. I want the rear wheels to be 12in wide and the front to be 10in wide. are there anything i will need to do to get those to fit right?

That's pretty wide, you'll probably have to do lots for to not look like junebug

I have seen 9 in. on the rear, but for 10 in. you might need wheel spacers which are only about $60 for a pair, but the front will be more of a challenge. The front might require rolling the fenders or fender flares might work, too. Only other thing I know would be to have a wheel & tire store check it out.

What Mustang9668 said. A good tire sho can look at it and help you out.

These cars came with 6 3/4 to 7 inch wide tires originally. I don't think you can get a 12" wide tire in the rear without tubbing and a 10 incher in the front may not allow you to turn very well.

Your best bet is to take it to a good tire shop. It won't cost you a dime for them to look at it and make recommendations and you will be getting compliments on your car.
