They seem to have great reviews on Tire Rack, and priced in my range.

The intended function is to fill the space between the vehicle and the road...so I think it's pretty good. Smiley

Understood. I have this thing with tires, ha. I will search for the right set for months. Firestone has never been known for there "good looks", but they make a decent tire.

For which vehicle?  They are a good tire, but not really a super-high performance tire... more of a touring tire.

My Mustang.  I'm not looking for anything too fancy, just cheap & effective.  It's going on a 15" wheel (Weld Drag-Lite), so it's not going to be a real high performance tire anyways...

275/60-15 rear, 225/60-15 front.

Then that'll be a fine tire.

Those look like tires that you put on the car and they just RIPPP when you hit the gas.  I remember the gatorbacks on my stock 10 holes.  Holy s*** those tires would SCREEEAAAAAAAMMMMMMM!  Id be going down the road in 2nd gear, hit 3000rpm and punch it.  Instantly light up both, screaming smoke pouring out the back.  Man... i miss those days Smiley
