I've looked at just about every brand of upper and lower control arms.  Price range from $160 upper and lower (Granatelli) to $175 upper $165 lower (Hotchkins) to $450 for Steeda lowers.  This car is mainly used for cruising with occasional runs down the strip and Solo II.  I cant find any sites doing a comparison on any name brands.  Any info on rear control arms would be great.  Any brands to stay away from?  Thanks for the help!!!

Try picking up a copy of 5.0 Mustang Magazine, there are plenty of advertisers that sell decent control arms.

Whatever you do, avoid solid bushing controls arms if it's going to be a street car. They have zero give going over bumps and you'll feel every bit of those bumps. I know Southside's have them, not sure who else.

X2C Motorsports makes some nice ones and they're really cheap. The older ones had a bad bushing design, but the newer ones come with polyurethane ones like HPM's or what not.

It's like making Emeril Lagasse a microwaved cheeseburger for dinner. Think about the face Emeril would make if you made him Hot Pockets; that's the face I make when I'm getting a handjob."

to me it seems like it is getting hard to find a bad control, every comapny seems to have  good stuff now, meaning the quality and bushing. the bushing is the biggest thng to worry about. your better off payng good money and get the good stuff one tme, then repairing the suspension later. here is a list of decent companies.

www.roushparts.com.       just to name a few, to me those are the best, I am sure I am off a few companies.

I like LakeWood. Cheap and easy to install. I have used them since 1998 and have had no problems. You can adjust the pinion angle withem also, easy.
