UPDATE:
After two weeks of constant busy signals I sent them an email on April 29.  After being ingored for many weeks they finally contacted me but never gave me any real information.  I sent them my cell phone number asking them to call me of which I never got a call.  Finally someone from the company emailed me and told me that they forwarded my information to the person I needed to contact...no replay.  Finally on June 29th they responded with an RMA number and asked me to send it in for them to look at.  I still have no conformation about how much this is going to cost me and have yet to actually speak with a person.  I am hesitant to sent it back to them without verbal contact with them.  I'm sending them an email this afteroon addressing my concerns and the blower will come of on Sunday.  I'll keep anyone that cares updated.

Well, at least they will take a look at it.  I would be hesitant about taking to them about it.  Good luck!
