...and of course one of the bolts in the alternator kit doesn't want to go into the head.

I'm going to write the manager an email. It would be nice if he could have it over to a ford dealer near me, not an hour away, but I doubt he can do that on a one day notice. Looks like I'll probably be driving back up there tomorrow.
I'll bet if you went to the nearest Ford dealer and told them what happened they could, or maybe I'm just spoiled by the one I deal with. The parts guy gives me a discoount and orders parts emergency so I usually have them the next day.
Thats the thing though, I don't want next day, I wanted the part today. Tomorrow will have to do, but I don't feel like waiting an extra 24 hours to simply save a little gas.
b****, whine, and moan, that's all you ever do.
If it makes you feel better, I don't wait on customers either. If I did, I'd have to put a cot up at work.
I tell people straight up: We close at 5. In reality, we are usually there till 5:30 or later, but if I tell someone I'll wait on them and we are there till 5:30, they'll get there somewhere around 6pm.
I had one guy who I was coming to pickup a car, said he'd be there at 4:30 that afternoon.
He rolled up, right on (his) schedule, at 8:30pm. Never again.

The manager apploigized for the wrong closing time online, and gave me a 25% discount, saving my friend $10.
A 60.5 inch, or 61 inch blower belt tomorrow, and this POS is out of my garage.

Hopefully you've learned your lesson.
If nothing else, now you understand why shops like us charge so much per labor hour (Our labor rate is $95/hr).

I've learned 3 lessons.
1. If they can, procharger will f*** you over
2. Don't buy used blower setups, and install them a YEAR after its been bought, especially without seeing if all the parts are there first.
3. If one part of a setup is "custom" then every other *** damn piece will end up being custom as well.
A local friend was going to install this setup for him, but when my friend blew his dart 331, rebuilding that took over as the main goal. Then he got some job to custom build a chassis for an Integra. Don't laugh, its getting a blown 500+ cubic inch engine and should be going mid to high 7s in the 1/4th. This guy really knows his stuff, and was just going to do this blower install pretty much for free, but other jobs came up.

You have to remember that there is a set labor time for every job, regardless of how long it took you.

Yeah, but it looks like you have the p/s bracket from procharger, not some ghetto rigged POS. It also looks like you have the alternator bracket from procharger as well. Given those, we would have had a LOT easier time.
Here's a link to the full write from beginning to end in case anyone want to see/read it:
