After attending an SVTOA On-Track event at the Autobahn country club in Joliet this May, I found myself hooked on track driving. I did a little reasearch and came up with these events that I have signed up for

July 23-24: Mustang Club of Central Iowa is having an open track weekend at Mid America Motorplex near Omaha, Ne. My main instructor at Autobahn is the VP of this club.  www.mustangclubofcentraliowa.org

Aug 15-16: Track Time has open track time at Road America near Elkart Lake, Wi.       Tracktime.com

Sept 17-18:  SATCAR Formula Street Sprint race. Gingerman Raceway, South Haven, Mi. The man who developed this program was also an instructor at Autobahn in may.   satcarracing.com
                 

Sept23-25: SVTOA "Grand Ole Festival of Speed" Nashville Superspeedway, Lebanon, Tn.  Another On Track event. The other I attended was a blast, highly organized, and very educational          svtoa.com

I have no interest in any of these events other than to let you midwest folks know about a few of the goings on. i would love to meet any of you at one or all of them
