Hi everybody. Just talked to Dozer this weekend and if all works, we will meet with a bunch of you guys at DAYTONA BEACH, FL on Sunday, April 24th somewhen around 3 p.m. I just wanted to ask, if there is anyone besides the BAM members Dozer named, to join us for a cpl of drinks, maybe some decent burgers and chitchat ? As well, I am thinking about posting the meeting date & time on another board - does anyone here know www.blackmustangclub.com ? Maybe we'll get some more ppl coming around - would love it! So come on and talk to me - report in, report for duty in the name of the running horse  Frank ... currently freezing at around 15 F |

Hi again, the more ppl come, the more happy I am !
We are driving up from Fort Lauderdale, maybe on the FL Route 1 / A1A because I don't like the Interstate so much (it may be fast but sure as hell boring to us Europeans) - so if anyone from southern Florida wants to join in on the ride north?
Tony ... argl I meant John (Dozer) .... Tony is another guy from NC I know from another Board (BMC) ... I am 31 and my brain becomes laggy! hehe.

This is the text Dozer sent me about where to meet :
"There is a Pier in Daytona Beach that has a lot of shops and things to do around it. It's called the Main Street Pier. Good restaraunts where you can eat and drink outside overlooking the ocean. It's a nice part of town right next to the Adam's Mark Hotel. We always park in a $5.00 dollar parking lot. It's $5.00 all day to park, right next to the hotel. Walk around and bar hop. Biker bars where most of the Bike Week crowd go, plenty of eyeball candy. All around good time.
The address of the hotel is 100 N. ATLANTIC AVENUE, DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA. You can do a mapquest and find it, then once you get there, just look for the parking lot. It's right in front of the carnival type things. We'll either be there, or close by."
My wife and me will arrive at around 2:30 pm on that parking lot. Then I will call Robin or Dozer to find out where they are. Thats all so far! :-)

Well, no drinking for me I'll have to drive back to Ft. Lauderdale in the evening ... but I'll eat as much as I can Never been to Daytona before ... one week until take-off, I am going crazy! This morning I missed my alarm and got into work 1.5 hours later as planned *eeek* sucks! |

be advised that I am authorised to take lots of nasty pictures (like Tourists are meant to do) ! At least the forecast is pretty good. A little more than 53 hours until take-off. Geeee! We will have a stopover in Charlotte, NC. First time in the Carolinas for me, even if it's only for a couple of minutes I still dunno how to get a BAM T-Shirt

I'll be at the Charlotte airport tomorrow afternoon from a little after 2 p.m. until about 5:15 or so.
