So what are you...? I think that it is pretty definite I am going to fly in for it. I think that if you are going to attend there should be a small fee to take care of the park reservation, grilled food, and plateware and utinsils. I think a couple dollars for the park usage (per person) and some more for food, paper plates, plastic utinsils, plastic cups, carbonated beverages, burgers and hotdogs (kind of stuff) with buns, chips and whatever... I think an early estimate of approximately $20 per person wouldn't be too unreasonable... Of course you pay for your putt-putt or paintball or other activities. The $20 I am talking about is for the BAM BBQ. This is just an early estimate and I'm sure $20 would be plenty to handle the park BBQ. The rest of the fees would be up to the attendees and and booze is also byob. This could even be a bit cheaper but let's get an idea of who's really going to come so we can make an estimation. We have some time at this point and Robin sounds like quite the cooridinator...  We have a few other members out that way too that I'm sure can help. |

Sure, this is primarily a mustang site and that pretty much is our common interest ... but that isn't what this get together is all about. The real fun isn't within our mustangs!
