Anyone who is coming from out of town and wants to see about getting a hotel room needs to speak up as soon as possible! A friend of mine has some great contacts and should be able to get us a good rate, but she needs to know how many rooms we'll need.

Agenda:
morning - Congo River (putt putt golf)
early afternoon - some folks want to go paintballing, but I haven't gotten any information together on that yet
afternoon - cook out at Lk Munroe Park
early evening - caravan to Perfection Performance's cruise-in at Donato's
evening - shoot pool at Calico Jacks (if anyone is interested in that)
I'm still working on where to have everyone meet up in the morning ... once I get that figured out, I'll post the information.

I have a bit of bad news.  I will not be able to make the gathering in Florida. I took the Mustang apart this weekend and I am unable to get it fixed in time to ship it back to the states.  I will be calling DSS Racing on Tuesday to place my order for a 331 Stroker though.  I so wish I could have made it down there to meet you all. I was really looking forward to it. I will have to come down to Florida on the second week in August most likely to pick up my car from the port in Jacksonville and drive on down to Orlando for a few days. I'll try to get to the next one, when ever that may be. Sorry everyone! Thanks Robin, for trying to coordinate the times so I would have been able to attend. I appreciate it.  |

Just get on I-95 South to I-4 West. It'll take you probably about 2 hrs to get to (where ever we'll be meeting up) from Jax, depending on how fast you drive. |
