Well after 2000 miles of beating on 127,000 AOD after engine mods, overdrive finally went south.  Which of course means I get to put a better AOD trans in now.  I am looking for information / personal experiences on aftermarket trans. and converters.  I have no intention of doing a 5 spd swap so no one has to reccomend that.  I'm not intrested in a C4 because I drive the car on the highway and country roads and I want the OD.  In magazines and so forth I hear/read good things about the Performance Automatic's Super Streeter. The car has the following engine mods:
GT40 Y heads, Steeda #18 cam, 24# injectors, Cobra intake, 65 TB, 70 MAF, pulleys, Steeda 1.6 roller rockers, complete exhaust, and 4.10 gears
The car is not a daily driver but sees much more road duty than track duty.  For now I have the stock 302 but I do plan on a 347 stroker at some point.  I plan on staying naturally aspirated so the 450 hp. rating should be fine.

Thoughts Huh

Performance Automatic are pretty good. Edge are some of the best converters there are. They build them to your specs.
