you mean the green and white top convertables??? the ones that were going to be used for the 7up giveaway, and something happened so ford just sold them???
THose are the ones!!Originally there were to be 3800 made,but customer interest raised it to 4301!Some of the unique differences were color keyed bodyside mouldings and side mirrors (which other LX's didn't receive untill 92 model year) also regular LX 5.0's had the ten hole rims verses the Turbine wheels, from the GT's, came stock on the Limited Edition!! And the last difference,is the white leather interior with a white dashpad+white console assembly.. In 1991 they did offer the same color schemed convertible with white leather and green body,but these came with a gray dashpad and gray console assembly,and they came with the new for 91model year,16inch Pony rims!! Limited conv. were only built between JAN. and APRIL 1990 and less then 10% were 5-speeds!! By the way,they call the paint color (Deep Emerald Jewel Green)..I'm planning on sending in pics of mine as soon as I get a digital camera,which will be this month,and after I show my best friend(Amanda) them!!!
