Help I have a 1993 5.0l LX hatchback. I am getting an intermitant no start. The fuel pump will not cycle on, when the key is turned on, there lies my problem. My car won,t start. Does anyone have the wiring schematic for the fuel pump? Also where is the fuel pump relay located? Huh I gotta get to work! Help!

I thought the relay was under the driver seat. Check to make sure the inertia switch didn't jump up for any reason as well. (driver side of the trunk.)

Also, turn the key on and bang on the tank. At times if the pump is bad, it can get it to cycle.

When I rebuilt my motor the relay under the driver's seat went bad. It's easy to replace. Smiley

'93? Your relays are going to be under the hood on the passenger side in front of the wheel.

You may be having a bad ground issue. When you say it won't start - it won't turn over? or it won't crank at all? I'd start with the relay but if won't crank at all you've got bigger problems.

No reply back yet huh?  I'mg guessing he didn't get to work, was fired, and now couldn't pay bills so the net was turned off.
