Recently installed supercharger and relocated battery from drivers side to passenger side. For some reason when I turn my headlights on, the dash lights won't work, the engine temp sensor spikes and pegs hot, the tach drops to zero and highbeam signal light comes on. What could be causing this?

Incorrect wiring, bad ground, open fuse, fried cluster, etc etc.

Take Quakes advice and start tracking your grounds first.
