Whats the best set to go with? I had what I thought to be a good pair of HPM's for my car. Well the guy told me that he didn't put the other side on because he didn't have time. I found out this wasn't the case. The bracket that goes under the fenderwell is completely stripped out so the set is junk unless I can find someone who has that one steel bracket.

So give me some ideas. This is the last piece (until the next piece breaks) I need for my car to get back on the road...we were so close Friday and we ran in to this s***. Anyone hear of QA1? I can get a set shipped to me for 149.99, thats a pretty good deal. I don't want cheap chit though.

QA1 is fine.  All you need is adjustment room and for it to hold.  Sets that independantly can adjust caster or camber are nice.

I'm used to using crash bolts and pulling on the subframe and strut tops to get camber and caster out of a car, so any plates are more than I'm used to.

That being said, I'm ordering Maximum Motorsports ones as soon as I have money for them.

MM hands down. Stangsuspension.com has discounts on MM camber plates. Check them out of the net. I think the code to save money is "CORRAL"

I was going to go with the MM, but the QA1 were a little cheaper so that's why I was curious how good they were. Here is the message I got from stangsuspension.com

Quote
The Corral.net Special Price for the Maximum Motorsports CC Plates is $169.95 shipped to your door ($40 cheaper then list price). Part # is MMCC9994, 9093 or 7989 depending on year.

We have a few sets left in stock. If you'd like to order use the discount code CORRCCPL in our shopping cart and you'll recieve a discount which will match the quoted price.

Looks like for your car, both QA1 and MM are individually adjustable (i.e. you can change just camber without affecting caster, etc...).

Cools..If QA1 is pretty good stuff then I'm going to go with them. I can always sell them down the road and get MM's if I change my mind. Thanks Smiley

Email them for the code and I think it comes down to 150 or so plus shipping.
