If you search the web, there's a few places out there that make custom boxes for the mustangs. Don't buy any off ebay unless you see the actual box in the trunk. Make sure to get all the measurements and check your trunk opening (I can't recall what it is, but it's tight) to verify it will fit. I know the back seats fold down in some (maybe all?) SN's so this is an option to get a slightly bigger box box back there (may need for bigger subs) but is a headache to install and and remove if something needs to be.

One major thing to look for is the air space in the box. A lot of guys are out there building these "custom" boxes to fit tight applications or to hide the equipment, and not paying attention how much performance they are cutting from the actual subwoofer. I did some box building when I worked as an installer and the guy that taught me knows his chit. If you want a perfect box, I know the guy. He's not cheap though.

on thing is also the factory mach system has been removed, and the amp is mounted on the left passenger seat
