Now available in the tech section..........the super-easy way to figure out what gears your Mustang came with (provided you still have a door tag).

But you should already know..............they arent steep enough!
I cant believe Ford got away with 2.73's, mileage or no mileage, they suck.

Heh I have 2.73's but have yet to do a one wheel peel, guess my traktion loc still has a few years left in it. Either way yes the gears have to go, seems kinda weird though, to me at least since its all Ive known in the stang, it seems like it pulls well enough, Im sure its gonna be pretty crazy the first time driving it with new gears.

Well, I can't say that I'm surprised that my rear is toasted. I have never done any work on it EVER. The original gear fluid from the factory is probably still in the pumpkin. With 150,000+ miles. Yeah, I gotta fix that.
