One is neutral safety switch. Don't know others, might be from no smog.

I took out my smog pump and put a spacer in place of the EGR valve. I don't have any issues with this setup.

So as long as the smog pump is removed, you can take the EGR valve off without it affecting anything?

I'm telling you.  It's your center A/C vents.  Just send 'em to me already so your car can finally run right.   Grin

I was confused myself.  I want to fix this thing, or I am selling the f***ing thing. I dumped way to much money in it.

No dear,

It ran fine with the vents before I put on the intake.  So I don't believe that is my problem. Wink

Try blocking off the EGR...I might pick up some steel this weekend and make a block off plate.

Took upper intake off, as well as the EGR, throttle body.  Well it is not as bad when I play around with timing(advancing it). But it still has the studder around 1500 RPM.  Could the dist. be a tooth off.

Good. They are brand new. Don't even have 100 miles on them.

I got it. Timing was off, even though I set it to where I wanted somehow it retarded itself.

Is there anyway you could take a video of this? I bet this would help. Smiley

I wish, but I have no video camera. It mainly does it in 5th gear when crusing around at 1500 RPM or so. All other gears are fine when you give it gas to go.  But once it gets over this studder it runs like it should.  I don't know if the injectors are cutting out or what is going on. It throws no codes and has not vaccum leaks that I can find (I used 3 cans of carb cleaner, but found nothing).  I don'y know?HuhHuh??

Would the spark plug gaps be causing a hesitation if they are too far apart??

I don't know, but it wouldn't hurt to re-gap them to the correct gap.

Ok, this is getting crazy. Recap what you have done so far.....
Changd upper intake gaskets
Checked for vaccum leaks with carb cleaner, went through two cans
plugs
wires
cap
rotor
o2 sensors
tps sensor
coil
tfi module
checked to see if dizzy is correct
new egr

I think that is about it. It does it when it is cold, and when warm it is less present.

I don't see it listed so, I think the next step would be to clean the "salt and pepper" (There is 2 plugs behind your intake, 1 black, 1 white) connections.
