As much as I wanted Georgetown to win they got lucky.  That kid traveled so bad at the end I can't believe the ref did not call it.  That would have even been traveling for Micheal Jordan or kobe Bryant. Grin

Yeah, I noticed that too.  There's plenty plenty of games, including non-basketball games that have been decided on a play that shouldn't count.

1998-1999 Dallas Stars/Buffalo Sabers Game 6 of the Stanley Cup finals anyone?

I think the refs purposely allow stuff like that to happen to allow all sorts of controversies and rumors to form. LOL

USC coach knew the game was over at that point.  There was no way his team would have been able to make up 6 points in 30 seconds.  That was a bad call by the ref the kid was set got ran into moved when he was ran into then the ref call thed offensive foul.

In this game the ref made the call that helped decide the game, in the Georgetown game the ref did not make the call that helped decide the game.

You know what I'm just going to sit back today and  Pepsi today and continue to watch this tournament.  Look at all the 1 and 2 seeds advance to this point except Wisconsin(those bastards) and in that bracket the 3 seed advanced to the elite 8.  There was no major Cinderella teams this year, but wow what a great tournament. Well IMO you have to give your team every chance you can because two 3's in 30 seconds isn't too far-fetched. The coach basically cemented his teams loss.

And some calls in this, and other games was questionable as well but that's the nature of sports.  It's almost rare to have a game, especially one such as this magnitude, to have not one questionable call.

Oh well though.  They don't call it Madness for nothing. LOLLOL

UNC!  With those bricks!

Utterly disgusting.  Georgetown played fan-f'in-tastic.
