I'm looking all over for this.  I'm thinking it has to be around 160 pounds.  THe sportsman block is 165#, and I want to hnow how much heavier it is than the stock block.

I'll move this to tech if I get an answer.

Thanks!  Smiley

Whoa.  I'd be adding 40 pounds right where a mustang needs it if I switched to a sportsman block?!?  Shocked

Cara,  The stock A50 block is approx 135 lbs and the B50 sportsman is approx 145 lbs.  This is right out of the 03 FRPP catalog when the A50 was still available.  I highly recommend the B50......... Mark

The added weight is a good thing, as the extra iron is in all the right places.
