Can someone post a CLEAR pic of how the pullies and the serpentine belt are on the 2001 4.6 engine?

Looking at the books, my car has one more pully than the diagram in the haynes book and trying to thread the belt around in the same fashion as the books, it is way too short  Crazy.  I'm thinking when we put them back on, we didn't put them back on properly. Huh

I am so thankful that I had a 5.0L....

And even more thankful when I run a VBelt on the motor (crank, alt. only).  No PS, no AC, no smog,  Electric Waterpump...

I was about to say that on the underside of the hood there should be a sticker that has the diagram.

Well then, that could be a good reason for not having the sticker Grin

Wink  yep

Thanks for the pic phil!  that's how i ended up threading it last nite since it made sense to me but there must be a screw where a screw doesn't belong because it lies in the path of the belt. simple fix Smiley
