I'm going to be overhauling the engine in my daily driver in about a month. The GT40 has already been modified by previous owner. He made the crossover tube a straight 3" pipe vs having the restrictive pinched dogleg crossover. Seeings how I bought a welder and will be buying the aluminum welder kit I figured I could increase the size of the plenum on this intake, if it'll be a worthwile undertaking.
Any input suggestions on this?

I think TMOSS would be the one to ask. I know he has ported a lot of explorer/cobra intakes. Smiley
