I do still have it. The part number is: f4sh-8c607-aa (I believe it came off of an 1998)

After looking at the part number again I believe my original thought (came off of a 1998) is wrong. I'm 99% sure this came off of a 1994.

f4sh-8c607-aa

F = 90's
F4 =94

Sorry for the mess up.
