what can cause this? really annoying. as soon as i put it in reverse it shuts off then i have to crank it back up.

does it do it all the time or if you let the car warm up it doesnt do it?  i had an 86 with an 89 302 and a c4 and when it was cold and i tried to put it reverse it would stall.  but if i let the car warm up it wouldnt do it.

yeah its an auto. i dont let it warm up. already hot down here in louisiana.

make sure the intake tubes going to the mass air flow sensor are tight because i had several cars come into my garage because of this. and make sure ur motor mounts are good

set up is speed density. and how hard is it to replace the motor mounts?
