I have a 94 8.8 Rear End with 3.08s (tag says). It is complete from Disc To Disc and includes the upper and lower control arms, sway bar and quad shocks with brackets. I am willing to meet somewhere to just get it out of my garage. $300 is what I want. I will verify what gears are in it tomorrow after work.
