It's real easy. I may not to be able to tell you the specifics, but I'll try.
First remove the armrest switch control plate, then remove the two screws. Put that off the the side and pull the power door locks off to the side as well. Then you will see two screws that go through the door panel as soon as you remove the plate. Take those out then go to the bottom right of the panel and you will see a black self screw. Get something in there, like a the edge of a screwdriver and pry it off far enough so you can grap it with your fingers. Pull that screw out and you're ready to pull the panel off.
Grasp the panel and lift upwards so the panel releases from the tabs, then pull toward you and it should come out. If you notice anything connected that is impeding the panals progress, unplug it but be sure to note where they go. Then, you will see three either 8mm, 9mm, or 10mm bolts holding the motor on. Remove those and the motor should drop. If it DOESN'T, hit the driver window switch down. Sometimes it gets stuck.
After it drops, fish it out, replace it with a new one, and do the reverse. That simple.
Just out of curiousity, why are you switching out the window motor? Windows don't go down anymore? If so, you may not even have to replace the entire motor. Let me know the reason and I could save you some money.

Thank you so much for the advice. The window is stuck in the down position. I have the interior of the door off. I understand that it is a scissors-like system. I already have the replacement motor. I will work your suggestions tomorrow morning and advise. Do I have to raise the window first?
Thanks!

One more thing I forgot to mention. You're going to have to remove the screws holding the door speaker and once that is taken out, that's where the power motor will come out through.
In my opinion, I don't think it really matters. If you have clearance problems with the window down, then manually push it up. Once you remove the three bolts and the motor doesn't drop, that's when you play with the power window control. Sometimes it gets locked into position and if you press down on it, it will usually drop.
Good luck man and any more questions, feel free to ask.
