I have an 84 GT t-top car , that is dark canyon red metallic , and I want to paint it a two tone scheme , that would leave the entire side of the car red , and the top surfaces , IE , hood , roof , top of hatch , black with a red pearl .
The problem I'm having , is I can't figure out where I want to break the two colors in the rear , from the back window to the 3 piece spoiler. I really could use your pictures of something similar. My car has " C " springs , and bullet wheels in anthracite ,,,,,,,,,

Any chance you can throw up a current pic to base the thought off of?

2 tones are sweet. When you're done, do something about the front end on that car

that picture on 4 eyed , is when I first got the car , no engine , trans or front seats.
Since then , ( 2 years later ) I've added the sn-95 front upgrade , 5 lug rear , 8.8 w/ 3:73 gears , new shocks and struts , kept the slapper bars from the 7.5 , used 10 inch ranger drums  and hardware.
347 with edelbrock heads , major port work on intake , heads etc....long tube headers ,nos , and the list goes on .....seats are corbeaus .
Now that it runs well , and drives nice , it is time for the exterior to get a little sprucing up .
I'm opting to keep the original base color , so I don't have to do a complete repaint , and I do like the color ,when it is fresh .

That car belongs to a guy that lives here in my town.  His name is Joel, but everyone calls him Ghost. From what i understand, he was in a bad wreck while racing. His legs are all twisted up and can only walk with the help of a crutch, yet he continues to race...  This car in particular he decided to raffle off last christmas.  He told us that he figured he could make more money raffling the car off than actually selling it.
